citizens of Indonesia are entering a period of significant growth and
development over the age of 16 (sixteen) to 30 (thirty) years, and Youth is a
range of issues related to the potential, responsibilities, rights, character,

The quality of human resources is a crucial factor in the
development process. This is because human beings are not merely the object of
development but is also the subject of development. As the subject of
development, then everyone should be actively involved in the development
process, whereas the object, then the results of such development should be
enjoyed by everyone.
Herein lies the importance of education as an effort to
create quality human resources as the main prerequisite for development. A
nation will succeed in its development is "self propelling" and grow
into a developed nation when they have been successfully met the minimum
quantity and quality (including relevance to development) in education

connection.
